PHASE I
Phase I includes a mix of housing types developed along Woodlawn Avenue, rebuilding of the waterline and sewer infrastructure, repaving of the streets, new sidewalks, tree lawns, trees, streetlights and the installation of fiber optic cable.
PHASE II
After the successful completion of Phase I, next steps would be to move on to Penrose and surrounding streets, and the pursuit of new commercial and recreational amenities. Looking to the future, it is likely that improvements that span Circle East District will have profound impacts on momentum and resilience of East Cleveland as a whole.
